I have found that movement and daily exercise is important for helping with anxiety. Sometimes when I become wrapped up in anxious thoughts, I decide to take a walk. It gives me something else to focus on and helps to relax my body.

I also do some daily exercise (most days of the week anyway). I normally do some squats and a few push-ups.
