I have been writing articles and doing other stuff so I have not visited this anxiety blog for some time.
I put up some articles about coping with depression and anxiety, but all in all I think the weblog is sub-standard.
Oh well, at least I tried something instead of obsessing about it and then taking no action in the end.

I have been reading up on the subject of how to meditate this past few days and have tried meditating a few times. It seems to help me calm my racing thoughts.

I want to keep practicing, since I hope it will help me to become a master of my thoughts and reduce my irrational fears. It may help me to cope better with anxiety.
