Sometimes I like to listen to a hypnosis mp3 recording just to relax for a couple of minutes. I should probably do this more often, so that my subconscious mind can be conditioned to be more relaxed. This might have a beneficial effect on my conscious mind so that I am more relaxed and less anxious.

Hypnosis was approved by the American Medical Association way back in 1958. Hypnosis has helped many people to gain more control over their thoughts, beliefs and habits.

You may start off with some free hypnosis recordings. I have downloaded and listened to them. They are good quality recordings by professional psychologists. If you have some money to spare, you may or may not consider buying a relaxation recording.

I suggest you start off with the free hypnosis audio so that you can get a sense of what relaxation through hypnosis is all about. That is what I did. You can do the same if you wish.
